In order to help our teams practice social distancing, we have fewer people working on each shift to provide a safer environment particularly when shifts change. A message from Cindi and Sam

Putting the safety and well-being of our teams and customers first is our priority.

Things may still be a little different, but our priority is making sure we’re looking out for you, our teams and our partners. Before starting to re-open, we sought the views of our customers and employees on our re-opening plans. When it comes to our people and returning to work, we have encouraged everyone to make the right decision for them, based on their personal circumstances.

To help create a safe experience for everyone, we have enhanced our high standard of cleanliness even further and introduced a number of additional measures and changes to our restaurants.

In addition to deep cleaning all our restaurants before re-opening, our teams are washing their hands at least every 30 minutes and cleaning equipment and surfaces more often, including card readers. In order to help our teams practice social distancing, we have fewer people working on each shift to provide a safer environment particularly when shifts change. Floor markings inside and outside the restaurant will enable our customers to queue safely. Our teams will continue to wear protective equipment, including face shields or masks (but not the type needed by medical teams).
